We do not want you to have the worry of things like will it be clean? will it be safe? will every thing work? If I have a problem even if it is nothing to do with the villa is there anyone we can speak to? Is it easy to find? Are the keys on site so we do not have to go somewhere to collect them/ the answer to all these is YES

ACCOMODATION
Cedarwood is a four bedroom three bathroomed fully air conditioned detached single story villa with double garage and private drive. It has a large fully fitted kitchen which includes large fridge/freezer, auto ice maker, microwave, large cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker and all the crockery and utensils (details on request). Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are there for your use. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area.
The villa features two master bedrooms (YES TWO) both bedrooms are en-suite and have TV, ceiling fan, queen sized beds (similar to king size in UK) and also have a very large walk in closet. There are a further two twin bedrooms with there own Jack and Jill bathroom. These features make it the ideal villa for two families sharing thus halving the cost without any worry who gets the master bedroom. Also there is a large sofa bed for two, should you require it, allowing ten persons to sleep. A cot is also available on request.
The lounge is an area to relax in and maybe watch the cable TV, watch a DVD, video or just listen to a CD whilst looking out onto the pool.The property is in a very quiet area making it an ideal place to relax away form the the the busy areas.The telephone can be used, free, for all local calls. There is a British property manager who lives nearby should you require assistance.
POOL AREA New this year opaque screening to the sunbathing areas for additional privicy
The screened pool area is fully furnished and has a covered area (known as a lanai) so that you can escape from the sun if necessary, or to eat out under. The pool is an ideal place to relax in after a day at the theme parks or shopping. Should it be necessary, the pool can be heated, by prior arrangement with us, at a cost of $100 per week or $15 per day. Should you require this after arrival it can be arranged through the management company.
SITUATION
Just 30 minutes from Orlando Intl Airport, 45 minutes from Sanford, the property, lying just 1 mile north of highway 192, offers excellent accessibilty to Walt Disney World Resort and other attractions like Sea World and Universal Studios. We do provide, to all our clients, a fully detailed map with photos of road signs and written directions from airports making it very easy to locate after a long flight.
FACILITIES
The nearest supermarket, pharmacy, dentist and post office are only a short walk away. Cedarwood is also very well situated for golfers with more than a dozen quality golf courses within easy reach, some are P G A qualifying and or competition courses.
