TERMS AND CONDITIONS The time of takeover is 4.00pm on the day you arrive. You must vacate the house by 10.00am on the day of departure. Failure to do so my incur charges equivalent to one day’s cost (please consult with Management Company).
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
The signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these conditions by the client. The
Person making the booking not only guarantees the payment of the total holiday booked, but does so on behalf of and with the consent of all persons included in the booking and is therefore presumed to have assumed their liabilities and responsibilities in terms thereof. The booking conditions still apply even if for some reason the booking form has not been completed e.g. late booking by telephone. Following receipt of the booking form and appropriate payment, confirmation of the reservations will be sent immediately. All accommodation is booked exclusively for those persons listed on the Booking Form, and the accommodation booked cannot be sub-let, shared or assigned. No other persons may use the accommodation. Pets are not permitted.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT PROCEDURES
A deposit of £100 is payable upon booking. This deposit is not refundable. The balance of the money must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. For booking made less than 8 weeks of your holiday start date, the full hire charge becomes due immediately. Failure to pay the balance within the period will entitle us to cancel your booking, but you will still remain liable to pay us an amount equivalent to the balance of the hire money which was payable on your holiday.
AMENDMENTS
If, after booking, you decided to alter any details, we will do are utmost to make the changes requested, provided that we are informed at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Alterations requested within 8 weeks of arrival may have to be treated as a cancellation.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a refundable Security Deposit of £200 in order to cover any breakages or damages to the property. We will refund this deposit to you as soon as possible after your stay, but this will of course depend on the property being left clean and undamaged, and on the return of the house key. You may be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained during your stay.no pets are allowed deposit would be lost to allow for extra cleaning
CANCELLATIONS
If the client does not pay the balance due at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event or if the client cancels after the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be forfeited Additionally if cancellation occurs with 28-56 days of arrival, 50%of the total holiday will be charged. If you cancel less than 28 days before the start date, then you will be responsible for the total cost of the hire charge.
